Responsibility and tasks
- Make and maintain CRM views, reports and dashboards
- Evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate quality of final analysis
- Analyse, report and communicate complex data in a comprehensible way
- Prepare and maintain CRM training documentation, presentations and videos
Requirements
- Relevant degree at Bachelor level
- Comprehensive knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Comprehensive knowledge of Excel as tool for analysis and presentations
- Excellent presentation skills
- Team player and self-motivated
