On behalf of an E&P Company, we are looking for an experienced Cost Controller (exploration) to cover an assigment with immediate start up

Main tasks:

Responsible for preparing AFE's and JV budgets including follow up of variances
Provide business controlling support for Gross costs (exploration, subsurface, overhead)
Provide analysis, monitoring and follow-up of timewriting
Quality check of billings and Cash calls
Main contact with JV partners including governance meetings
Responsible for financial reporting to the JV partners as per JOA obligations
Provide input to short-term cash forecasting and cash management

Qualifications:

High education (Master or Bachelor degree)
5-7 years experience in a similar financial position from E&P sector
Solid understanding of E&P exploration activity, including JV
Strong IT skills
English and Norwegian languages both oral and writing
