Our people development team is looking for a Senior Manager/Senior Consultant People Development (title depending on candidate profile) to impact how we attract, develop, and engage our people across the nine countries Circle K Europe operates in. We are a small, but close European HR team and collaborate with the HR Business Partners in the local markets to ensure strong HR delivery in all business units.

As a center of expertise, our team is accountable for securing project excellence within a range of people initiatives, such as: recruitment and onboarding process, development and training, succession and talent management, employer branding, culture and employee engagement. Some of the projects also have a global scope hence you may also have an important role as a project manager towards stakeholders in North America.

Your key job responsibilities:

- Project responsible for Circle K’s global engagement survey

- Facilitate the execution of our European leadership program

- Facilitate and follow up our talent and succession process

- Further develop and strengthen our Employer branding concept

- Depending on the candidate there is a possibility to shape the role and project portfolio

Your skills and experience:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

- Strong project management skills

- Excellent communication and English skills

- Strong in networking and stakeholder management

- Business and strategic understanding
