Are you an experienced HVAC engineer?

Aker Solutions' HVAC department based in Stavanger, Norway consists of 4 well qualified and experienced engineers. We need an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer who can strengthen our team and support our ambitious growth plans within the market.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Participate in the engineering of Front End,- Conceptual- and FEED Studies, M&M Projects in addition to major Modification- and Decommissioning Projects.
• Technical responsible for HVAC solutions, equipment and bulk including technical follow-up of equipment and bulk suppliers.
• Coordinate information to and from involved disciplines including evaluation of technical solutions.
• Travel in shorter periods both offshore and to suppliers.
• Contribute to the development of methodology, tools and competency within the HVAC department.

Qualifications and Personal Qualities

• Minimum 5 years of experience from the Oil and Gas industry, preferably in Norway.
• Higher degree technical education, BSc, MSc or equivalent.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards.
• Good communication skills written/spoken in both Norwegian and English.
• Good cooperative and teamworking skills, demonstrates flexibility, initiative and responsibility.
