Role Description

The Inventory and Warehouse Advisor will be part of the SCM Team and report to Manager Supply Chain Management, Repsol Norge AS (RNAS), based in Stavanger.

Responsibilities

The Inventory and Warehouse Advisor will maintain material stock control for all RNAS owned equipment and be RNAS repsonsible and representative for contractor warehouses. The position is expected to maintain a cost efficient storage solution and utilization of materials on stock. Other objectives will be, but not limited to;

Perform annual stock counts, report and follow up on deviations
Surplus management - process administrator for materials sales and scraps
Coordinate logistics as required
Support in procurement and logistics activities as required

Requirements

Bachelor or commensurate practical experience

Preferably technical or commercial background and experience

Experience from analythical work and making business cases

Skills in software like SAP, Workmate and Microsoft Office Tools

Personal profile:

proficient in english, oral and written
task oriented and self-driven
