Role Description

The Operational Procurement Advisor will be part of the SCM Team and report to Manager Supply Chain Management, Repsol Norge AS (RNAS), based in Stavanger.

Responsibilities

The Operational Procurement Advisor will recommend sourcing strategies for internal stakeholders on operational requirements and deliver Operational Procurement section objectives. The position will ensure compliance to the local BU procurement process. Other objectives will be, but not limited to;

• Possess relevant operational knowledge of equipment and services required in E&P activity
• Attend stakeholder meetings with key internal clients, as required
• Maintain segregation of duties at all times and ensure compliance to corporate Norms
• Obtain relevant knowledge of Repsol’s Logistics chain

Requirements

Master, Bachelor or commensurate practical experience
Strong knowledge of E&P equipment and awareness of major vendors in the industry
Knowledge and experience of the mechanics of a successful negotiation
Skills in software like SAP, Workmate and Microsoft Office Tools
