Senior Marketer

Are you our new Senior Marketer?

Our new Senior Marketer will work in the Marketing Communication (MarCom) group which is responsible for developing and implementing the global marketing communication strategy for Laerdal Medical. To facilitate this, we provide communication guidelines, materials, tools, and processes for market implementation. Our team is also responsible for the ownership and management of our Laerdal web and e-commerce solution.

The position

• Develop engaging communication and marketing concepts, strategies and plans across all channels to support our overall communication and business strategy.
• Work closely with our internal customers to understand their business needs, diagnose communication challenges and opportunities.
• Lead and facilitate the process with the content writer, media, and web resources to develop holistic strategies, concepts and action plans.
• Present marketing materials, as appropriate, to internal client partner for feedback, input and approvals.
• Project manage the group to make sure the plans are executed.
• Contribute to the actual implementation work where needed.

About you

• You hold a Master or Bachelor degree in marketing or equivalent and have a burning interest in digital communication.
• Working knowledge of marketing and communication across digital and offline channels (Healthcare focus a plus).
• Minimum 5+ years experience in consultative/advisory role with senior executives in an agency or corporate environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Excellent strategic thinking and strong focus on details.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and sound professional judgment.
• Ability to manage and build relationships; demonstrating teamwork and collaboration.
• Thrive on being a part of a continuous learning environment that seeks fresh insights.
