Agile Java Developer

To strengthen our development team, we are looking for a passionate and strong Software Developer from JAVA world. FARA uses agile software development techniques such as TDD, Scrum and Continuous Integration based on best practices and Atlassian family tools in our pursuit to create a continuous stream of high-quality software.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Love to work in team and to collaborate with others
• Passion and interest in ensuring quality of what the team delivers
• Understand the importance of creating high quality software and having short feedback loops with customers and stakeholders
• Passion for writing well-designed, highly maintainable code together with experience in maintaining existing solutions in variety of technologies
• Good knowledge of Java SE, Java EE, Maven, JUnit, JBoss, Hibernate, EJB, JSF, SQL, PostgreSQL, GIT
• Basic knowledge of Spring, RESTful/JSON and SOAP web services, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Linux, Bash, Ant
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Good English skills, we use English on a daily basis

Nice to have
• Python, Sybase, ICEfaces, Atlassian products portfolio like: JIRA, Bamboo, Confluence
• Use of Test-Driven development methodologies
• Strong technical and design skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Scrum Master and/or Agile environment experience is an advantage
