Personal Vacation Consultant – Lysaker, Norway

We’re looking for the best sales/service professional to sell SeaDream Yacht Club vacations over the telephone (outbound calling) to our past guests and to direct consumers. Position is based out of our beautiful Lysaker, Norway location.

Ideal candidates have proven luxury/high-end sales experience (results) and familiarity with phone sales from a call center environment. Must have a “hunter” mentality: highly driven, self-starter that regularly exceeds sales quotas and daily productivity goals. Expert prospecting skills and knowledge of the sales process/sales pipeline a must.

Must be extremely well-spoken and written, native-level English skills (spoken & written) absolutely required. Fluency in Norwegian and/or Swedish is highly desirable.

Candidate must be able to connect with our customers, and deliver the meticulous, award-winning attention and service for which SeaDream is known. Must be able to clearly articulate product benefits and destination information, and translate that communication and advice into confirmed bookings. Knowledge of and/or past travel to the Caribbean and Mediterranean strongly desired.

Local candidates (Oslo/Lysaker area only – no relocation, no remote). Must possess a valid Passport with ability to travel internationally. Experienced phone sales professionals only please.
