The Digital Marketing & Analytics division drives digitization and focuses on the maximizing customer value by building strong analytics, digital and 1:1 marketing capabilities. As a part of Data Management team you will get the chance to contribute to developing the capabilities that are defined as a crucial part of Telenor?s 2020 strategy. Our team has a strong focus on agility and is constantly seeking for the opportunities to develop solutions that deliver instant business value. The key focus area will be the development of solutions that lead to breakthrough opportunities for utilizing data in sales and marketing activities across digital and manned channels.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Identify relevant data and develop state of the art data foundations for customer insight and analytics, marketing, and solutions for performance monitoring
• Identify and initiate actions to ensure Telenor Business can access and utilize relevant data ? maximizing the potential of data in business processes
• Develop state of the art customer insight solutions
• Work proactively on identifying areas of improvement

Your qualifications:

• Higher education, e.g. MSc in Computer Science, Business or Mathematics/Statistics or similar
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, e.g. data modelling, database development, ETL development, data warehouse development, programming/scripting (SQL, R, Python), and  report/dashboard development
• Solid knowledge of and experience in using tools SAS VA, Power BI, Tableau or equivalent.
• Experience from telecom industry is an advantage
• Experience with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka is an advantage.
• Fluency in English. Norwegian or other Scandinavian language is an advantage
• You must be eligible for security clearance
