Project Manager, Global Customer Support (KMC 17 - 104)

Global Customer Support division is responsible for all Kongsberg Maritimes services and support in the aftermarket. After Market Projects handle all retrofit, refit, upgrade and modification projects for Kongsbergs sailing fleet.

We are looking for a Project Manager with extensive knowledge of ether the Dynamic Positioning, Automation or Navigation product to run Upgrade & Modification projects.

The position reports to

Manager Upgrades & Modification, After Market Projects, Global Customer Support

 Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage U&M projects
• Responsible for the economical result in projects
• Develop new business cases in our aftersales portfolio
• Technical Sales Support for the after-market
• Travelling as required

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge with Kongsberg Maritime Products
• Experience as Project Manager, or aspiring for such a challenge
• Experience from customer contact
• Educated as Bachelor or equivalent
• Fluency in English both verbal and in writing
