The Director Beverage & Bakery is responsible for setting and executing category strategies and achieving the overall business goals, through the preferred Circle K approach to effective category management and continued development for the category he/she is responsible for.
Director Beverage & Bakery is responsible for developing the bakery and beverage category and plays a key role in the Circle K Europe Food Team.
He/she will drive volume & margin developments by deploying the concepts, products and marketing solutions in close cooperation with peer functions across the Business Units in Europe.
Your key responsibilities
• Manage and Develop the preferred Bakery offer in Circle K Europe• Accountable for total Bakery and Beverage performance in Circle K Europe – Volume growth, Basket Growth, Profitability and Market Share• Develop, Set and Execute the corporate strategies and key KPIs within Bakery based on Consumer Research, Insights, Analysis and Trends• Responsible for supplier relationships, support of procurement activities and contract negotiations within the category`s and Joint Marketing funding• Research, develop and pilot new ideas and innovations for future category growth• Develop strategic category and marketing plan framework• Align and secure this category planning and strategies with all relevant stakeholders; support, follow-through and assist with BU planning and implementation as well as on-going execution.• Lead the relevant network stakeholders; improving knowledge, competencies; best practice sharing and team building• Lead company partnership approach towards Key vendors in the categories Beverages and BakeryInterested?
