Autronica Fire & Security AS is seeking a highly motivated, independent, and results driven Project Manager to join the Program Management Office as part of the Technology Organization. The Project Manager provides a single-point of accountability for development programs and is the leader of a cross functional team that is responsible for delivering developments projects on time, budget and within scope. As a member of the Program Management Office team, the Project Manager must be self-motivated, and have the ability to make decisions independently and perform effectively with little oversight.

Tasks

Define the scope and planning activities of projects in collaboration with all stakeholders
Ensure technology, production and service readiness
Lead Program team to ensure Passport readiness
Define and manage program objectives, schedules and finances
Create and follow up a detailed work plan
Responsible for execution and accountability of the project, including risk mitigation plans, in accordance with UTC's development process
Work closely with developers and teams (both internal and external) across global sites to ensure that project deliverables are completed in a quality and timely manner.
Support new business pursuits by validating requirements, establishing a compliance position, costs for development activity, and associated risk management plan
Ability to understand concepts in system and electronics level design competencies and communicate the progress of projects to core team and leadership

Qualifications

BA/BS degree w/7-10+ years' experience, or MA/MS degree w/3-7+ years' experience
Program management experience
Experience with strategic leadership and execution
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Understanding of fundamental financial concepts like BOP / NPV / ROI / CAPEX / etc.
Project Management Professional credentials or equivalent is a plus
Confident in written and verbal English
