We are now looking to hire a Fine Dining Waiters, to be part of this exclusive concept in town, and together create a unique food and drink experience for our guests.
Arbeidsoppgaver
- Executing daily menu presentation.
- Providing wine presentations and recommendations to a discerning clientele.
- Exemplary service.
- Superior guest service.
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of menu items and ingredients to drive sale.
- Collaborating with the kitchen through POS and verbally to maximize the customer satisfaction.
- Consistently exceeded sale goals by effectively upselling exclusive meals, wines, liquors, with professional appearance and mannerism.
- Maintaining clean and sanitary work areas and tables.
- Anticipating and fulfilling guest needs and requests.
- Following proper plate presentation and garnishing set up details.
- Served guests, preparing checks, and collecting payment.
- Storytelling (education will be given).

- Seasonal work contract from February/March to September/October (2018), minimum 80% job rate.
