We are looking for a chef to join our team. You must have experience with both hot kitchen/grill and sushi. As a chef at Hinoki, your main objective is to offer a high standard of Japanese fusion cooking. You have to work effectively, but impeccably, while maintaining strict brand standards and food hygiene standards.

Traits/qualifications:

Experience with the japanese cuisine, both hot and cold section
Excellent knife skills and food preparation skills
Excellent precision
Quality conscious, detail oriented an thorough
Creative and motivated
Good English skills
Ability to work well under pressure
You must be scrupulous in your work
