DVB Bank SE Nordic Branch is now seeking a Solution Manager to their office in Oslo, starting Januar 2, 2018 for 1 year contract.

Job Description:

Responsibility for and pro-active management of DVB’s work out portfolio.
Manage/discuss/restructure complex financial/legal/operational situations on distressed Offshore Projects.
Document and implement solutions with both external and internal legal and financials advisors.
Preparation of memos/applications for Watch List Committee approval outlining restructuring solutions as well as the risk assessment - financial analysis, financial projections, and internal risk rating calculation, in line with internal policies and procedures. Present and defend solutions towards the Watch List Committee by participating actively in the relevant discussions.

Preparation of quarterly reporting on the restructuring cases which includes:

Analysis and monitoring of the financed asset.
Cash-flow analysis and projection - for corporate and project cash flow.
Evaluation of securities and evaluation and monitoring of completeness.
Supervision of covenants.
Risk analysis.
Risk assessment and recommendation.
Calculation of loan impairments.
Internal management reporting.

Maintaining contacts with clients, analysts, and other industry specialists.

Job Requirements:

University degree, ideally with focus on economics/business administration.
3 + years experience in Offshore/Aviation and/or Credit.
Strong credit skills - cash flow based and/or corporate credit and analytical approach.
Strong quality focus and pronounced risk awareness.
Good knowledge of the sector and specific transaction/documentation structures.
Good team player, self-motivated and proactive.
Excellent interpersonal and communication - oral and written skills.
Ability to work to tight timeframes and ability to prioritize.
Project Management Skills.

Languages:

Business fluent English - written and oral.
