Responsibilities
- Ensure consistency between project reporting and financial reporting (PIMS and SAP)
- Ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations.
- Establish routines for an efficient and transparent cost model in the project
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, actuals and reports
- Support the overall asset internal budgeting process
- Act as the main focal point between the project team and the finance department (project finance, accounting and controlling)
- Perform economic analysis according to Company standards to optimize the concept selection for project
- Manage project accruals, project financing, JV billing and cash calls
- Support the project in SAP correction bookings and consolidation of financial systems
- Support Asset manager in managing risk including financial impact assessment.
- Advise on financial set up for project site offices in places where Company currently does not have an established line. (e.g Korea)
Required expertise
- University degree Master / Diplom
- 5-10 years experience
- Demonstrate a strong leadership and commitment to HSE
- Project Finance experience (accounting, controlling and economics) from major oil/gas projects
- Experience with SAP, PIMS and Palantir Cash is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills & excellent written and verbal communications skills in English. Knowledge of Norwegian or German is an advantage
- Proficient with the use of standard office software such as Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
- Must have a "Team attitude", be self-motivated and be willing to support other groups and projects when required
