Project Manager - IT Service Management Solutions

• Support/manage the Company Workplace projects and activities, and contribute in the Separation projects and activities
• Manage/coordinate/support cross functional requests in relation to the Workplace project and other Separation projects and activities
• Support/coordinate/assist in the design and implementation of the setup of the Workplace environment
• Manage/coordinate the Business requirements, testing and acceptance of the Workplace environment
• Manage/coordinate change management requirements and deliverables from the Workplace projects and activities
• Follow up Vendors and ensure necessary support and maintenance contracts are in place
• Manage/coordinate the handover activities to the IT Service Delivery organization
• Ensure compliance with internal and external security requirement

• Manage/ coordinate/ support the implementation of the Global Service Management solution
• Manage/ support various Service Delivery projects and activities
• Coordinate/ support handover activities of new IT Services and processes
• Coordinate/ support change management activities to existing IT Services and processes
• Support/ Coordinate the requirements gathering process for new and existing IT Services
• Support/ coordinate daily IT operations in tight collaboration with IT Management
• Ensure compliance with internal and external security requirements
