Company has gone through a transition project to deliver its services through a shared global competence center in an OneCompany model for Company. The main countries in the scope are: Norway, France, UK, the Netherlands, Egypt and Algeria.
As a part of the OneCompany transformation and setup of the organization the France office will move to a new location with new facilities and IT equipment. This includes new laptops, desktop environment with applicable applications, meeting rooms, video conferencing, etc.
The Workplace project is responsible for establishing and implementing the desktop environment with all necessary applications.
The IT department requires a senior consultant business analyst background and competence, project management and change management skills to assist in the requirement specification, manage the projects, and ensure a smooth implementation and transition of the Workplace projects and activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support/manage the Company Workplace projects and activities, and contribute in the Separation projects and activities
- Manage/coordinate/support cross functional requests in relation to the Workplace project and other Separation projects and activities
- Support/coordinate/assist in the design and implementation of the setup of the Workplace environment
- Manage/coordinate the Business requirements, testing and acceptance of the Workplace environment
- Manage/coordinate change management requirements and deliverables from the Workplace projects and activities
- Follow up Vendors and ensure necessary support and maintenance contracts are in place
- Manage/coordinate the handover activities to the IT Service Delivery organization
- Ensure compliance with internal and external security requirement
- Minimum Masters Degree
- Proven Project Management skills in traditional and agile projects
- Proven Business Analyst capabilities
Proven skills and experience in facilitating and coordinating:
- Project deliverables and interfacing project deliverables
- Testing and handover
- Change management
- Service Delivery readiness
- Good knowledge of ICT Operations and ICT standards(ITIL, Prince2 and COBIT)
- Knowledge of IT architecture
- Knowledge of Oil and Gas application portfolio
- Very good relational skills
- Autonomy
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Language requirements:
- English (mandatory)
- French (highly recommended). Candidates with this language capability will be prioritized
Weekly travelling to Netherlands and France must be expected
