Arbeidsoppgaver

Key responsibilities:

•  Serve as Process and Process safety focal point for the facilities project organisation, Contractors, Suppliers/Vendors and other stakeholders.
•  Lead, organize and coordinate process activities related to the FPSO and associated interface with reservoir, sub-sea disciplines, and HSSE department.
•  Provide input to concept level philosophy documents
•  Lead and scope out process studies.
• HSEQ responsibilities: 
• Prove alignment with the company`s HSEQ Governance and secure sound HSEQ standards within defined role and responsibilities.
• Take responsibily for process design 3rd party reviews and external verifications.

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

•  Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering.
• Chemical Engineering/or process engineering related education
• Track record in a major greenfield developments on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
• In depth knowledge of Norwegian facilities regulations and associated industry standards.
• Direct experience in the Concept Select phase of a major greenfield development.
• Experience managing engineering contractors.
• Suitably competent for sign off of HAZOP items on behalf of Company during design phases.
• Previous experience developing Basis of Design for greenfields projects.
• Experience of start up and operations of a new build offshore facility.
• Familiar with steady state dynamic simulation studies advantageous.
• Experience from execution sites outside of Norway would be advantageous.
• Excellent inter-personal, analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-starter – proven experience facilitating workshops and writing reports and strategies.
• Considerable expertise in all aspects of offshore production and operations.
• Strong communication skills – oral and written. Norwegian language an advantage but not essential.
