Arbeidsoppgaver

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as Marine & Offshore Structure focal point for the project organisation, Contractors, Suppliers/Vendors and other stakeholders;
• Lead, organize and coordinate technical activities related to the marine systems part of the overall production system.
• Understand project requirements and develop work scopes and associated plans for marine & offshore activities
• Have the overall responsibility for establishment of the Marine related part of the Facilities ITT package for Concept studies, in close liaison with the Concept and Facilities Lead, External Consultants, Subsea Lead, Contracts & Procurement Manager and other interfacing disciplines.
• Ensure all project deliveries are carried out in accordance governing standards.
• Identify Marine technology requirements and follow up TQP's
• Support facilities Technology Governing documents, system philosophies and operating manuals
• Deliver Marine input to the company`s internal and license decision support packages.
• HSSE responsibilities: Prove alignment with the company`s HSSE Governance and secure sound HSEE standards within defined role and responsibilities.

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

Education:

• Degree qualified in Marine & Offshore structures
• Minimum 10 years Oil & Gas project experience from different phases, preferably minimum 4-5 years from oil company.In depth competencies in FPSO system equipment and technologies including interfaces to other disciplines.
• Experience with front end design aspects as well as construction, installation and commissioning experience in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• In depth knowledge of provisions set by PSA and other applicable Norwegian authority provisions and requirements, as well as design codes relevant to engineering, design, construction and installation of FPSO developments.
• Excellent inter-personal, analytical and problem solving skills
• Considerable expertise in all aspects of offshore production and operations, in particular floating structure Marine systems
• Strong communication skills – oral and written – English and preferably Norwegian
• Ability to engage effectively with both internal & external stakeholders
• Self-driven, positive and committed attitude, highly organised and resilient
• Ability to both lead and work well in a team
• Computer skills
