Arbeidsoppgaver

•  Lead, organize and coordinate technical activities related to Instrument & Telecom related development of the project production system from well to export. (Engineering, construction planning, installation & operation). Including interface with Subsea Controls, Fiber Optic systems for subsea control and onshore communication and overall Central Control System requirements.
• Technical aspects related to turret transfer of instrumentation communication and fiber optic cables for PRM and onshore communication included.
• Setting up & managing the Scope of Work and associated plans
• Ensure all project deliveries are carried out in accordance with NORSOK specifications, Norwegian regulations and other (company) defined practices and management system
• Follow up defined work activities with selected Engineering contractors
• Secure interfaces towards other areas/contractors are addressed properly and managed in the PIMS interface register
• Prepare Governing documents applicable to defined project activities
• Contribute in establishing budgets and plans and report work activities
• HSEQ responsibilities: Prove alignment with the company HSEQ Governance and secure sound HSEQ standards within defined role and responsibilities.

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

• Master of Science Degree
• Minimum 8 years project experience from different phases, preferably minimum 4 years from oil company.
• Particular focus on early project phases – concept screening and concept development.
• Relevant professional experience: Competency in offshore Conceptual Engineering execution.
• In depth competencies in Instrument & Telecom System design for the entire oil and gas production system.
• In depth knowledge of the contractor and supply market for Subsea and Floating Production, and proven liason with contractors and suppliers from previous projects. In depth knowledge of provisions set by PSA and other applicable Norwegian authority provisions and requirements.
• Excellent inter-personal, analytical and problem solving skills
• Considerable expertise in all aspects of offshore production and operations
• Strong communication skills – oral and written – English and preferably Norwegian
• Ability to engage effectively with both internal & external stakeholders
• Self-driven, positive and committed attitude, highly organised and resilient
• Ability to both lead and work well in a team
• Computer skills
