Work Location: Egersund

Contract Period: 01.09.2017 - 01.04.2019

Workload: 50% position

Arbeidsoppgaver

Essential Responsibilities:

- Fabrication/construction follow-up to ensure Contract compliance

- Verify fabrication progress

- Review fabrication NCR's

- Witness testing and examination

- Follow-up mechanical completion and sign out MCCRs

- Witness final inspection and sign out on punch lists

- Verify correct content of dispatch dossier prior to delivery

- Review final documentation including MRB's

- Follow-up HSE on site

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

Qualifications and Experience

• University Degree. Relevant industry experience might replace higher education requirement.

• Extensive hands-on QS background from fabrication follow-up and verification of mechanical completion from the oil and gas sector, preferably from follow-up of fabrication of subsea structures.

• Understanding engineering materials and incl. welding and NDE is required.

• Experience with subsea tie-backs, subsea production systems and offshore installation activities.

• Knowledge of Norwegian regulatory requirements related to management systems, risk management and verification activities.

Personal skills:

• A quality-focused, right-first-time attitude is required.

• Structured with excellent coordinating skills.

• A proactive approach is required.

• Team player and willingness to contribute; a “can-do” attitude is expected.

• Flexible, honest and trustworthy; flexibility will be required due to the travelling needs.

• Demonstrate sound work ethics.

• Fluent in English; good level of Norwegian.
