For our team in Oslo we are seeking to hire a Receptionist on a temp contract until 31 Dec 2017

Your Job:

• Answer phone calls from clients and transfer to right team/person
• Register guests in and out at location Oslo
• Booking of meeting rooms for internal staff
• Handling internal mail
• Keep the kitchen in 7th floor clean and in order
• What you bring to this job:
• Previous experience as a receptionist
• Fluent Norwegian and English is a requirement
• Service orientation and friendly behavior
• Good IT skills
• Neat appearance
