In this position, you will, in collaboration with the Customer Success team, follow up and help our customers with the use of our robot, AV1. We are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible and service-minded Dane. You need to speak and write Danish fluently, and you will be working from our headquarter in Oslo.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming phones
- Manage incoming e-mails and chat conversations
- Contribute to developing user systems
- Follow-up our customers
- Give our customer an optimal experience
Our opening hours are 07:00-18:00. Your working hours will vary within this time span.
Required skills
- Speak/write Danish and English fluently
- Possess good IT skills

The Customer Success team works with our customers in the Nordic region. We are in charge of making sure that our customers are satisfied all the time. Our goal is to have the world’s best customer support! We are mainly working with the sales team, but also closely with other departments in our company.
