The Peregrino Field is a heavy oil field in the South and South West section of the Campos Basin, located approximately 85km off the coast of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The Peregrino Field is presently developed with two wellhead platforms (WHP-A and WHP-B) and a floating production, storage and offloading unit (FPSO). A system of pipelines, risers and cables connects the FPSO and wellhead platforms. Peregrino II WHP-C will be the third wellhead platform on the field.

The Architectural Lead is responsible for the Archetectural design of the Peregrino II WHP-C Living Quarter.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the LQ architectural design complies with Brazilian requirements and project specifications (TRs & NORSOK not used) 
  • Follow up of all architectural activities by LQ EPC contractor. Will likely be the only architectural resource in the LQ project 
  • Close cooperation and coordination with other disciplines
  • Handling of scope change, quality control and deviations/non-conformities
  • Give input to planning and progress reporting, audits and project risk register 
  • Implement relevant learnings from previous and ongoing LQ projects The Architectural Lead is responsible for the Archetectural design of the Peregrino II WHP-C Living Quarter. 
  • Attend Company`s Architect professional networks meetings

Experience, qualifications and abilities:

  • High focus on HSE, ethics and Company values. 
  • 10 years of architectural experience from project execution, including engineering, procurement, fabrication and commissioning 
  • Previous LQ architectural experience.
  • Previous Brazilian or GOM / International experience a plus. 
  • Well developed teambuilding, co-operational- and communication abilities. Specific qualifications for Peregrino II: 
  • Commit to the execution principles being the basis for PRG II (International codes and standards, GoM specifications, small empowered follow-up team, etc.)
