- Provide leadership to Business Managers and Service Desk consultant.
- Initiate and lead activities that contribute to the achievement of growth and profitability.
- Manage the strategic development of market and client portfolio.
- Build strong and long-term relationships within own client portfolio.
- Manage Fraud Preventions brand development process; develop marketing- and PR plan.
- Actively participate in building sales strategies in cooperation with the Sales Department.
- Active role in Nordic Fraud Conference.
- Contract Management processes.
- You have a relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree.
- You have strong relationship building skills.
- You have excellent presentation and communication skills.
- You have minimum 2 years' experience from a people management position. As a manager, you are passionate and drive performance.
- You are structured and able to prioritize and execute.
- You have a proven record of accomplishment from sales and marketing, ideally from the financial industry.
- You are a native speaker of one of the Scandinavian languages and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
