Head of Business Management, Fraud Prevention Services     EVRY Card is a Northern European Card Processor with a full value chain card services strategy. Fraud Prevention Business Unit is one of five business units within EVRY Card. Fraud Preventions headquarter is in Mo i Rana, and we have offices in both Oslo and Stockholm.    Fraud Prevention is a leading Nordic transaction-monitoring center, established in 1997. We deliver high-end fraud prevention and detection services to more than 100 banks in nine countries. Approx. 1.5 billion transactions are processed a year through our systems annually and we detect more than 100,000 fraud cases a year.     We are looking for an ambitious, passionate and experienced candidate who can lead and develop our Business Management section.    The position we offer will have a key role in contributing to our ambitious growth plans. Fraud Prevention Services recently completed the development of new service offerings and has challenging and inspiring work ahead.     Business Managers are responsible for customer follow-up, account development, customer projects and sales support. We work closely with our customers to understand their motivations and utilize our resources efficiently to provide value to their business.    Key responsibilities  
  • Provide leadership to Business Managers and Service Desk consultant.  
  • Initiate and lead activities that contribute to the achievement of growth and profitability.  
  • Manage the strategic development of market and client portfolio.  
  • Build strong and long-term relationships within own client portfolio.  
  • Manage Fraud Preventions brand development process; develop marketing- and PR plan.  
  • Actively participate in building sales strategies in cooperation with the Sales Department.  
  • Active role in Nordic Fraud Conference.
  • Contract Management processes.  
  The qualifications you need  
  • You have a relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree.  
  • You have strong relationship building skills.  
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills.  
  • You have minimum 2 years' experience from a people management position. As a manager, you are passionate and drive performance. 
  • You are structured and able to prioritize and execute.  
  • You have a proven record of accomplishment from sales and marketing, ideally from the financial industry.  
Language  
  • You are a native speaker of one of the Scandinavian languages and fluent in English, both written and spoken.  
  You can expect to work in a young, passionate, fun, fast paced, technically challenging and team-oriented culture.     The position reports to Chief Operating Officer and you will be a member of Fraud Prevention Services management group. The position will require some travelling in the Nordics. The position is located in Mo in Rana.   All applications must be submitted through our online application system.
