Headshed is a Trondheim-based SaaS Technology company building next generation sales tools, driven by the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning and tons of data from own databases and attractive third parties. We're building different algorithms to find “the next right customer” to be delivered to sales departments and sales agents - giving our customers increased sales while cutting down on manpower. Our product Cube is a comprehensive solution for both sales agents, managers and clients. Every response and statistic is presented in real time to any device you prefer. Analyses on hitrate and remaining customer base is performed in real time and changes can be made without interruption of running sales activities.

In our experience, Cube fills the gap for sales-organisations between the complexity of the full-blown CRM and the flexibility and (by all means relative) ease of spreadsheets. Qualifications

Right now, we're looking for a full-stack developer to be a part of our core development team.
We're building a web application for business users, and with a variety of interesting development activities in our pipeline, ranging from creating innovative ux to developing machine learning algorithms, you'll be directly involved in our core product.
Our main development technologies are Python/Django/Javascript, and we use principles of Domain Driven Design and Behaviour Driven Development to drive our agile development process.
Two of the most important qualifications for people in our team include 1) interest in building quality applications and 2) the ability to learn.
It is important for us that you like to work test driven, and understand Domain Driven Design. If you have web-application development experience and knowledge in automated testing (TDD) for web applications, it will be a plus, but this is not a requirement.
BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent is desired, but we're more interested in your ability to learn new stuff, focus and getting things done!
