We are in the process of strengthening our global center of competence (CoC) for extrusion and forming of aluminium profiles in Raufoss, Norway.
Tasks:
- Responsibility for product development projects
- Lead the project team and ensure that the milestones are met according to plan
- Follow up cost and quality in the projects
- Establish good customer relations
- Continuous improvement of product and process development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum B.sc in relevant area
- Experience in project management
- Product development experience from the automotive industry or similar
- Ability to work in teams
- Communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in German is an advantage
In this position, you will work in an international team with the world’s largest car producers as customers. The home base will be Benteler Automotive at Raufoss. Travel activity will be required.
