Experienced sales executive with network in the subsea industry (IMR)

Swire Seabed has a dependable track record for undertaking a wide range of subsea operations through our team of experienced personnel both onshore and offshore. Our strategic goal is to continue to grow in a demanding but exciting market. The Board and management are pursuing a growth strategy in the next 5 years, and in order to achieve our goal we need to strengthen the team with an experienced sales executive. The Head of Sales will work together with the CEO and the team to succeed with the growth strategy. For an individual with a strong background within subsea industry and commercial management, who wants to take a key role in a rapidly growing subsea company, this is a tremendous opportunity.

We are looking for a senior sales executive with a strong commercial mind-set, a good network in the international subsea industry and a strong drive to sign new deals and contracts. You know how to position Swire in the market place, you are a likeable professional and you can work systematically with building a sales pipeline. If you can see both the big picture as well as have attention to the details, you can be the right person for the role.

Successful candidates have relevant education and 10+ years experience from the subsea industry with IMR, ROV and construction support. You also have a strong record in strategic selling in an international setting. The company's international character requires good language skills, especially in English.

Head of Sales is part of the company's management team and reports to Chief Executive Officer, Arvid Pettersen. The position is located in Bergen, but travelling to relevant regions will be required.
