Working in People Services, I get to connect with leaders, employees, and fellow colleagues from all parts of the bank on a daily basis. Since day one I have had the chance to challenge myself in different roles and have an impact on the business through facilitating workshops and delivering presentations of the graduate programme to external and internal candidates. I get to create a network that I can learn from and develop together with. Here, the career opportunities are truly endless.

Whilst working within Digital Sales & Engagement, I have been able to actively contribute to the ongoing digitalisation through various projects on a Nordic scale. It is a fast-paced environment, which from my perspective makes it more enjoyable and interesting in the long run. I have been able to embrace various disciplines through the Graduate Programme as well, and thus been able to acquire a vast amount of knowledge and insight since graduating.

As the largest bank in the Nordics, going through major changes in the industry, Nordea offers a lot of exciting opportunities. I joined Nordea as a Graduate, which gave me a kick-start to my career and great development opportunities. Since then I have had the chance to challenge myself in different roles. Currently I work with business development, and find it very exciting developing new and valuable solutions for our customers.

I feel quite honored that I work at a place where I am challenged and learn something new every day. Currently, I am working as an analyst, assisting companies in managing their interest- and currency risk, which I find very rewarding. Working in the largest bank in the Nordics gives great opportunities to cooperate with colleagues across borders, and contribute to solving complex challenges for our customers.
