As a project manager, I need to ensure that the project has a good drive and progress with available resources and budget, be able to solve problems/challenges together with the engineering team and make sure that we meet expected milestones on time. Another highly important part is to contribute to a positive working environment and establish good relations to my co-workers.

All employees have and important role to play and everybody matters. Here we have ambitious goals and we reach them. This gives me motivation! From my time in Emerson's Roxar business, I've learned that team work is excellent and all my colleagues appreciate when things are in order, just the way I like it myself. Job satisfaction and opportunities makes it exciting to go to work and you always meet greeting people in all sectors.

I am thankful for the opportunities and challenges that Emerson's Roxar business has provided me, as they have contributed to my personal and professional growth. I like the fact that the team is small enough to care about my opinions and that I feel seen, while also being big enough to execute and evolve at pace with technology and the rest of the industry.
