NCL is looking for an experienced and skillful Customer Solutions Operator to join our Customer Service team.

You will be part of an agile team that identifies and creates competitive and quality shipping and logistics solutions for our customers. Our focus is to source and execute shipping and logistics solutions that deliver on the requirements from our customers. Our customers operate in many different segments and ship their cargo all over the world, which gives our team an exciting and varied day of work.

The purpose of Customer Solutions Team is to build strong, long-term relationships with customers, helping them derive maximum value from our logistics.

What You’ll Do:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Insert and follow bookings from start to finish

• Planning and forecasting capacity with customer and internal operations

• Provide accurate, timely information and resolve issues efficiently

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes

• Develop strong customer relationships

• Collaborate closely with the sales teams to identify opportunities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple customer relationships, and prioritize tasks effectively

• Fluent in both English and Norwegian (required for effective communication with both local and international customers and team).
