A Snapshot of Your Day
As our Market and Customer Care professional you will play a key role in shaping Siemens Energy’s growth trajectory in Norway.
You will support the local leadership team in shaping and executing the country market strategy, ensuring market transparency, commercial alignment, and a stronger customer and stakeholder focus.
In this role, you act as the commercial bridge between the Norwegian organization, the Business Areas, and European Market & Strategy teams, and EU Account Excellence teams. You will also contribute to Governmental Affairs through structured market insights and support the development of a cohesive Marketing & Customer community across the country.
Your insights into the energy market will enable fact-based decisions, unlock new growth areas, and ensure we stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Norwegian energy market, with a strong focus on growth and expansion
Translate market insights into concrete business opportunities and commercial strategies
Build and nurture strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and governmental stakeholders
Position Siemens Energy Norway as a trusted partner within electrification, decarbonization, and energy transition
What You Bring
Proven experience from the energy sector (in areas such as oil & gas industry, renewables, maritime, wind power, power grids, or hydropower)
A solid track record in business development, sales or strategic customer engagement at a senior level
Deep understanding of the Norwegian and European energy landscape, especially electrification and decarbonization
Strong network within the industry and the ability to open doors and create new opportunities is an advantage
You are creative, agile, and hands-on, with basic knowledge in electrical solution business and power production systems
You can define tangible concepts and business cases, consider risks and feasibility, and showcase your competence as a conceptual problem solver
You are fluent in both Norwegian and English (written and verbal).
About the Team
You’ll join a Nordic team dedicated to Market and Customer care in Norway, Sweden, Finland and the Baltics. Together, we work closely with the Business Areas across Europe to identify new opportunities and develop new energy solutions.
Our mission and goal are to strengthen Siemens Energy’s position as a leading player in the energy transition, through strong customer relationships, new business models, and a clear commercial focus.
