The Opportunity
At Easee, we believe great products deserve great documentation. As our Technical Writer & Documentation Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring that installers, partners, and end users have access to clear, accurate, and easy-to-understand product information.
This is a newly established role with significant ownership and visibility across the organization. You'll become the driving force behind how technical documentation is created, maintained, and improved at Easee, working at the intersection of engineering, product development, compliance, and customer experience.

What you will do
As the go-to person for technical documentation, you will ensure that critical product information is accurate, up to date, and available where it's needed. You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and compliance specialists while driving improvements to documentation processes across the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
Creating and maintaining user manuals, installation guides, Important Product Information (IPI), and other technical product documentation
Owning and maintaining master documentation in English
Coordinating technical reviews with engineers and subject matter experts
Managing documentation within our PLM system and ensuring content is available across relevant platforms
Supporting translation processes and ensuring correct documentation is provided for localization
Collaborating with sourcing regarding printed materials and documentation requirements
Publishing and maintaining technical documentation on company platforms and websites
Driving improvements to documentation processes, workflows, and best practices

What you need to bring along
3–5 years of experience in technical writing, technical documentation, or a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Technical Communication, or a related field. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education
Experience from technical industries such as EV charging, energy, cleantech, electronics, or industrial products
Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems such as Arena PLM or similar
Experience with documentation and publishing tools such as Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
Knowledge of document management systems and documentation best practices
Fluent English, both written and spoken
