An internship built for real work

No coffee runs. No PowerPoint decks that go nowhere. From week one you're on live briefs for paying international clients, with senior designers mentoring you at every milestone. The briefs are real, the clients are paying, and the quality has to hold.

You'll learn:

• Design that sells Ads, landing pages and content built to convert, not just to look nice.

• AI tools in practice How to use AI as a creative multiplier, not a shortcut 

• E-commerce and brand How online stores think about campaigns, so you deliver work clients come back for.

• Studio-grade delivery How the right workflows and standards deliver world-class work to demanding international brands, based on real use cases 

Who we're looking for

• A trained eye in typography, composition, colour, brand feel. You see the gap between good and great.

• Strong hands-on experience in Figma and the Adobe suite. After Effects, 3D or motion is a plus.

• You've already used AI design tools like MidJourney, Higgsfield, Sora or similar. You don't need to master them. You need a feel for where they're going.

• A portfolio that shows how you think, not just what you've made. Formal education is a plus, not a requirement. We hire for taste and drive.

The practicals

• We are growing fast! We are looking for 10+ interns to start as soon as possible 

• Duration 8 months, full-time

• This is a paid internship

• Location: on-site, Tjuvholmen, Oslo

• Start date: flexible, agreed individually
