Our solutions are operating 3,000 meters below sea level. Some of the technology we work with has even found its way to Mars.

Now, we're looking for a Technical Lead who wants to take ownership of challenging engineering projects from concept development to final delivery.

Be the One Who Makes It Work

This is not a role where you hand over your ideas to someone else.

You will be involved throughout the entire engineering lifecycle - from understanding the challenge and developing concepts, through design, testing, qualification, manufacturing, and installation.

You'll work closely with customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to transform complex technical problems into robust solutions.

We are looking for someone who enjoys both leading and doing.

Someone who can guide projects and people, while still being hands-on when technical challenges need solving.

What You'll Be Working On

As Technical Lead, you will:

• Lead the technical execution of innovative engineering projects
• Drive studies, concept development, and FEED activities
• Take ownership of technical decisions and project deliverables
• Collaborate with international engineering, project leaders and design teams
• Participate in design reviews, testing, qualification, and verification activities
• Engage directly with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners
• Contribute to commercial discussions and identify opportunities where technical expertise creates customer value

Who We Think You Are

You are an engineer at heart, with a strong understanding of how complex mechanical systems behave under demanding conditions.

You enjoy solving problems, finding practical solutions, and taking responsibility when things become challenging.

Most likely, you have experience with:

• Mechanical product or equipment development
• Structural calculations, load analysis, or engineering verification
• Design, testing, and qualification of technical equipment
• Offshore, subsea, energy, aerospace, industrial, or other advanced engineering environments
• Cross-functional project execution

You may already have leadership experience, or perhaps you're ready to take the next step into a role where technical leadership comes naturally through competence and engagement.

Commercial curiosity and an interest in understanding customer needs will be considered a strong advantage.
