Role Overview
The VP Sales Europe leads Cyviz’ sales business across key European
markets. The role is responsible for revenue growth, pipeline performance, and
execution of a scalable, predictable sales engine. A core mandate is to expand
Defense & Security as a strategic pillar alongside enterprise and public‑sector sales in addition to our 2 new product lines, the Cyviz Software Platform (M&M platform) and Cyviz Core Technology (CCT).
Based in Oslo, the role works across Europe with high executive visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the European sales strategy
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, pipeline health, and deal execution across enterprise, government, and defense accounts.
- Own CRM data health
- Lead and develop the sales organization (Turnkey + Defense & Security and Software and CCT).
- Drive disciplined sales execution, long‑cycle deal management, and CRM excellence.
- Personally engage in strategic and complex opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Presales, Operations, Product, and Marketing to shape mission‑critical solutions and bids.
- Provide accurate reporting, market insight, and pipeline transparency to regional and global leadership.
- Ensure compliance with Cyviz governance, legal, and commercial standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as senior sales leader within B2B/B2G technology and experience with SaaS models.
- Strong track record delivering revenue across multiple European markets.
- Experience selling to Defense & Security organizations (preferred).
- Ability to lead distributed sales teams and manage long, complex sales cycles.
- Skilled in C‑level engagement and public‑sector stakeholder management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise and defense procurement processes.
- Data‑driven, structured, and disciplined in forecasting and CRM.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages beneficial.
