Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to support and further develop our maintenance management processes, ensuring efficient, reliable, and compliant operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform daily updates and quality assurance activities within the CMMS system.
• Support offshore rigs with CMMS updates, modifications, and system improvements.
• Maintain and enhance data quality and information within the CMMS, driving continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of maintenance-related procedures and manuals.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance improvement projects.
• Manage and support CMMS upgrades and system enhancements.

Qualifications and Personal Qualities

• University degree in Engineering. Relevant experience may compensate for a lack of formal education.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Power BI, and MS Access.
• Solid technical competence and experience from MODU operations.
• Good knowledge of CMMS systems.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to maintenance management and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
• Development-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated, adaptable, and open to change.
