Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join VITA Brands Nordics

The Sales Coordinator supports the Nordic sales organization by ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate data, and a high level of service toward both customers and internal teams. The role works closely with KAMs and cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Main responsibilities:

• Maintain customer and product master data in SAP

• Manage pricing, discounts, and customer agreements in SAP and PriceFX

• Handle product listings, delistings, and assortments

• Update external databases and provide accurate customer data

• Prepare sales reports (Power BI, BW, Excel) and support analysis

• Support KAMs with pricing, presentations, and sales activities

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure correct orders, pricing, and deliveries

• Handle pricing discrepancies, claims, and EDI issues

Experience & skills:

• 3+ years of experience in sales coordination or similar

• Degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent

• Experience in SAP and strong Excel skills (Power BI is a plus)

• Fluent in English and Norwegian or Swedish (Finnish is a plus)
