We are seeking Drilling Fluids Plant Operator

On behalf of our customer, we are seeking Drilling Fluids Plant Operator!

This role is essential in supporting bulk plant operations and ensuring materials are prepared and delivered to wellsites according to company standards.

As a Drilling Fluids Plant Operator, you will play a key role in managing bulk plant facilities, ensuring accurate blending and delivery of materials while maintaining strict quality control. You will work closely with operations, logistics, and service delivery teams, contributing to continuous improvement and risk management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all job deliverables are accurate and completed on time
• Blend and prepare bulk products according to job program specifications
• Calculate and verify material quantities prior to loading
• Follow Product Line quality assurance procedures during loading and delivery
• Coordinate movement of bulk materials with the PSD and Logistics Team
• Support inventory management, including monthly stock counts and daily documentation
• Safely label, store, and handle additives, including proper disposal of containers
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of bulk plant equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bulk plant
• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and wear required PPE
• Assist in training and mentoring other operators and trainees

Qualifications

• Experience in plant operations, production, or logistics is an advantage
• Technical understanding and ability to follow procedures accurately
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
