Arbeidsoppgaver

Manages an optimum integration of warehouse processes and flow of material into Company's projects through excellent collaboration with stakeholders and proactively initiating material control and supply on premise. Engages in the whole process from understanding and digitalizing the bill of materials for the assembly workshops to steer deliveries for smooth production within tense timelines up to physical feeding of the material shelves in the workshop.

• Primary on-site logistics contact for warehouse provider and assembly workshop.
• Performing delivery quality checks and labeling control.
• Insurance & claim management in case of transportation damages or quality issues.
• Executes yearly inventory counts across various locations in Oslo and Akershus.

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

• Experience within construction, industrial, rail, energy, or other technical project environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships.
• Team oriented with great cooperative skills.
• Ability to work digitally and structured in international project teams.
• Experience within supply chain management and logistics in project environment.
• Proactive and self-going with result and quality orientation.
• Bachelor's degree within business, economics, or engineering. Work experience can compensate for formal education.
• Proficient in a Scandinavian language and English
• Driving License for Class B and T4 Forklift License
