Global Marketing Coordinator
The Global Marketing Coordinator brings Interwell’s commercial goals and brand strategy to life through impactful marketing execution across every market and touchpoint.
Where leadership sets direction, the coordinator makes it visible - ensuring that Interwell's identity, values, and market positioning are expressed with impact across every channel, every region, and every customer interaction. From creative output and event brand activation, to merchandise and digital presence, the coordinator's work is what connects Interwell's ambitions to the right audiences.
The role is responsible for translating strategy into tangible brand experiences across:
Global brand consistency
Event and exhibition activation
Digital and social media presence
Merchandise and branded materials
High-quality marketing delivery across regions
For the NorEuCa region, the role includes a more direct and hands-on approach, supporting local marketing activities, planning, logistics, and execution.
This is a one-year maternity cover and offers a great opportunity to take ownership of projects, work closely with international stakeholders, and gain valuable experience in a global organisation.
Experience, Qualifications and Skills:
Higher education within marketing, communication, or related fields
2–5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, incl. InDesign & Illustrator, Canva and other relevant design/content tools
Experience in HubSpot
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions
Strong analytical and organisational skills
Structured and detail-oriented approach to tasks and projects
Proactive mindset with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Key Responsibilities:
Global Event Support
Maintain global events calendar
Manage event activity in HubSpot, inc. campaigns, contact segmentation, landing pages, registration forms and pre- & post-event email workflows.
Ensure regions have the necessary assets, materials, and guidance for events
Develop and maintain event templates
Coordinate production and distribution of stand graphics, printed collateral, and branded materials
Act as the primary point of contact for event-related marketing requests
Provide hands-on planning and operational support for NorEuCa activities
Merchandise & Branded Materials
Manage the full merchandise program — sourcing, supplier relationships, inventory, and global distribution.
Ensure all branded materials meet Interwell's visual identity guidelines and quality standards.
Maintain & communicate guidelines, templates etc.
Anticipate and respond to internal merchandise requests from sales, HR, and leadership teams.
Design & Brand Consistency
Own all design output for Interwell globally — including event graphics, presentations, brochures, digital assets, internal communications, and campaign collateral.
Serve as the guardian of Interwell's visual identity, ensuring a consistent look and feel across all markets, channels, and touchpoints.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries that make it easy for regional teams to stay on brand.
Review and quality-assure marketing materials produced across regions before external use.
Coordinate with external designers or agencies where required, managing briefs and deliverables to brand standard.
Ensure every piece of content—from a technical PDF to an ONS exhibition booth—meets Interwell’s high-quality brand standards.
Social Media & Digital Content
Own Interwell's social media presence (LinkedIn primary), including content planning, publishing, and community engagement.
Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with commercial priorities, events, and key industry moments.
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting with insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with subject-matter experts to source and shape content that reflects Interwell's expertise and values.
Manage the company's brand signature tools (Xink) and ensure the website and SharePoint stay updated with the latest product documents and visual assets.
