Project Coordinator – Cruise

We are seeking a highly organized and communication-driven Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is for one with a background in linguistics and communication, or language studies who thrives in an international environment.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Linguistics, Communication, Languages, or related field

• Has at least two years of experience in hospitality, tourism or cruise operations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication abilities

• Experience working with international clients or multicultural teams is an advantage

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in English required; additional languages are a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects and daily operations across departments

• Communicate with international clients, cruise partners, and suppliers

• Support scheduling, documentation, and workflow management

• Ensure clear and professional communication between internal teams and external stakeholders

• Assist in managing multilingual communications and client relations

• Maintain project timelines and provide regular status updates
