Can you drive quality and performance across Shearwater’s global multi-client portfolio?
We are looking for a Multi-Client Processing & Quality Control Manager to play a key role in delivering high-quality seismic data products through an expanding partner network and internal processing, strengthening our global multi-client offering.
Based in Oslo, this is a highly visible role where you will lead the processing quality control and delivery of multi-client projects globally, ensuring data is delivered on time, to the highest standards, and aligned with commercial and strategic objectives.
You will sit in  the heart of Shearwater’s multi-client business, be managing partnerships and clients through processing—connecting technical excellence with commercial outcomes.
By ensuring consistent quality, effective project execution, and strong collaboration across teams, you will play a critical role in maximising the value of our data, supporting new project development, and strengthening client confidence.

Technically speaking…
You will bring a strong foundation in seismic processing and multi-client data environments, with proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and delivering high-quality outcomes. With a solid geophysical background, you are comfortable bridging the gap between technical specialists, commercial teams, and clients—translating complex challenges into practical, value-driven solutions. You have hands-on experience across processing workflows, reprocessing projects, and multi-client data management, including licensing frameworks, and are confident operating in client-facing environments.
