Fish Factory Workers

Right now, we are looking for new team members for a busy fish production facility in the Orkanger / Trondheim area.

 

Norway’s seafood industry is built on people who show up, work hard, and take pride in what they do. Behind every product leaving the factory is a team making sure quality, precision, and standards are never compromised.

 

This is hands-on work.
It’s physical.
The days can be busy.
And it’s definitely not for people who want to sit behind a desk.

We are looking for people who are dependable, motivated, and ready to be part of a professional production environment.

 

Experience from seafood processing, fish farming, slaughtering, industrial production, or food manufacturing is highly valued. If you have experience with fish filleting, that is a strong advantage — but attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn are just as important.

 

We believe you are someone who:

• Understands the importance of hygiene, safety, and teamwork  
• Can work independently while also contributing to the team  
• Speaks and understands English and/or Norwegian
