Atomic is looking for a Manager Omnichannel Sales & Marketing Norway to take full ownership of our commercial and brand performance in one of the world's most important ski markets. This is your opportunity to lead, influence, and shape how one of the most iconic ski brands grows in Norway.
Your Impact
As our key commercial leader in Norway, you will:
- Lead and inspire the Norwegian Sales & Marketing team
- Execute local go-to-market strategies aligned with global direction
- Drive growth across B2B, D2C, and retail channels
- Manage key and strategic accounts and build strong partnerships in the market
- Create outstanding consumer experiences, both online and in-store
- Turn insights into action through clear KPIs and commercial plans
- Own budgets and performance, ensuring profitability and results
Working closely with our Nordic and global teams, you will be at the center of shaping Atomic's success in Norway.
Who You Are
You are a commercially driven leader with a passion for brands, people, and results:
- 4-5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing (sports industry is a strong plus)
- Proven track record in sales strategy, brand building, and omnichannel execution
- A confident leader who motivates and develops high-performing teams
- Strong relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and driven to deliver measurable results
- Fluent in English and Norwegian
- Love travelling- willingness to travel - up to 70% fall/winter
