Interim Regional HR Business Partner
We’re looking for an Interim Regional HR Business Partner, Northern Europe to help shape the future of business messaging at LINK Mobility - Europe’s leading mobile messaging and CPaaS provider.
This is a fixed-term contract running until 31 January 2028.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a key interim role supporting leaders and employees across Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark during an important period of HR and business transformation.
The role is central to ensuring strong HR support in Northern Europe while helping LINK build a more consistent, scalable and business-oriented HR function.
The role includes people management responsibility for one HR Specialist and active contribution to Group HR priorities.
The role reports to the CHRO, with a dotted reporting line to the COO Northern Europe.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as trusted HR Business Partner for leaders across Northern Europe
Support the COO Northern Europe and regional leadership team on people-related matters
Advise managers on performance, employee relations, engagement, organizational development and change
Ensure consistent and compliant HR processes across the Nordic countries
Lead, support and develop one HR Specialist
Strengthen One LINK culture by supporting collaboration, shared ways of working and alignment across countries and functions
Drive leadership development and manager capability building
Contribute to HR transformation, including new processes, tools and ways of working
Participate in key Group HR projects, including new HR system, job architecture, performance management, and employee engagement
Translate Group HR priorities into practical regional execution
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
We are looking for a strong HR professional who can step in quickly, build trust and create impact.
Solid experience as HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Regional HR Lead
Experience from an international or matrix organization
Strong understanding of Nordic employment practices
Experience leading or coaching HR colleagues
Strong advisory skills toward senior leaders and managers
Experience with culture building, leadership development and change
Good business understanding and strong execution capability
High integrity, sound judgment and clear communication skills
Professional fluency in English, and in a Scandinavian language
