From the first conversation at the harbor to the moment the boats return from the fjord, every interaction matters.

That’s why we are looking for an energetic, service-minded, and outgoing Sales Assistant to join our harbor team in Stavanger.

Your Responsibilities

• Sell tickets and assist guests at the harbor

• Welcome international guests with a positive and professional attitude

• Handle check-in procedures for fjord tours

• Distribute and organize equipment and safety gear

• Answer guest questions about tours, schedules, and Stavanger

• Support skippers before departures

• Ensure smooth daily operations at the harbor

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Is outgoing, friendly, and confident communicating with people

• Enjoys working in tourism and hospitality

• Speaks fluent English (required)

• Additional languages such as German, Italian, or Spanish are a big plus

• Works well under pressure and stays organized

• Has a positive attitude and strong team spirit

• Is reliable, flexible, and solution-oriented

• Enjoys working outdoors and meeting people from around the world

  Previous experience in sales, tourism, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage but personality and attitude are just as important.

  If you’re also interested in and experienced with content creation, the two positions can be combined.
