We’re now looking for a Senior Sales Account Executive to support our growth and join our Sales team in Norway!
The Sales Account Executive will play a key role in driving the growth of our AI-powered solutions in Norway. The primary focus of the role is to expand the adoption of AI features and services within the current Physica and PsykBase customer base by identifying opportunities where AI can improve workflows, efficiency, documentation, and patient communication. In addition, the role will contribute to the long-term expansion of our AI solutions into new customer segments and markets.
The role combines relationship-driven account management with proactive outreach sales execution, including prospecting, customer meetings, product demonstrations, strategic follow-up, pipeline development, and onboarding support. As a trusted advisor, the Account Executive will work closely with both prospective and existing customers to understand their operational needs and recommend solutions that create measurable value for clinics and healthcare professionals.
Drive upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts
Increase adoption of AI-powered solutions
Conduct customer meetings, demos, and commercial follow-up
Build strong long-term customer relationships
Understand customer needs and recommend relevant AI solutions
Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline management
Collaborate with product and customer success teams
Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes:
Experience in SaaS, software, or technology sales
Experience with account management and upselling
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable presenting solutions online and onsite
Interest in AI, healthcare technology, and workflow optimization
Experience from healthcare, therapy, or clinic-related industries is an advantage
Educational background within musculoskeletal health or mental health is considered a strong advantage
Proven ability to grow revenue from both existing customers and new business opportunities
Good understanding of AI solutions and customer value
Consultative and relationship-driven sales approach
Commercial mindset with strong communication skills
Ability to balance short-term sales goals with long-term growth opportunities
